SM(ART) FRAMING SOLUTIONS is a framing business situated in Midlothian, near Edinburgh. In addition to offering a bespoke picture framing service other services include dry mounting, framing of photographs, oil paintings, water colours, canvas  stretching, object framing, jigsaws and sporting memorabilia.

The owner  set up business as a bespoke picture framer near to Edinburgh in 2004 and in September 2009 qualified as a  Guild Commended Framer, a Professional qualification awarded by the Fine Art Trade Guild, the International trade association for the industry.

SM(ART) FRAMING SOLUTIONS is a member of the Fine Art Trade Guild and fully subscribes to their Code of Ethics and Standards, providing an honest, friendly and personal service at all times.    

The different sections in the website illustrate projects which have recently been completed and demonstrate different techniques and styles used in framing. 

The Print Gallery section offers a selection of quality reproductions of open and Limited Edition prints by Scottish artists which are popular and affordable.In particular SM(ART) FRAMING SOLUTIONS is delighted to be associated with Edinburgh born artist Maureen Monteath. Her new illustration work of Old 19th Century Edinburgh is proving to be extremely popular.
